He doffs his top hat, and he holds his umbrella over her because he’s Always a Gentleman. One of Spooky Town’s most dapper residents, he dons a tail coat, knickerbockers and cravat for his daily walk. When he spots a lady friend in her smart hat and gathered skirt, his greeting is pure etiquette although his umbrella is merely spokes. But then skeletons don’t really feel the rain, even if they do get soaked through to the bone!
