Our Return Policy Commitment

At Christmas Loft Store, we understand that creating the perfect holiday display is important to our customers. Since 1980, our family-owned business has been dedicated to bringing magical holiday experiences to collectors and decorators worldwide. We stand behind the quality of our Lemax villages, Christmas decorations, and holiday collectibles, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not delighted with your items, we’re here to help make things right while maintaining the warmth and care that has characterized our family business for over four decades.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Important Note: The 15-day return period begins from the date you receive your order, not from the purchase date. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for exact delivery dates.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food & Candy – For health and safety reasons, all food items are final sale
  • Electronic Toys – Once opened, for safety and hygiene concerns
  • Christmas Lights – If the original packaging has been opened
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

All other products including Lemax Christmas Village Buildings, Lemax Halloween Village Buildings, Books, Cards & Calendars, Christmas Stockings, and Home Decor are eligible for return within the 15-day window.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Our Team
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Return Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our customer service team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items
    Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Ship the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
  5. Processing
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on your next statement depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please include photographs of the damaged item or incorrect product in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly and improve our quality control processes.
